Oct. 2001 - Marie is about 7 years old. She is healthy and happy - and obviously beautiful. She's housetrained, crate trained, good on the leash and with other dogs - although she'd love to hog all the attention :o)
She does have a permanent eye tear-stain, it is of no consequence and is not a sign of illness. Rather, the tear duct is a bit shallow and causes the stain. This is relatively common and of no concern.
Pretty cute, huh? She was really just begging Alan, her foster dad, to get her OUT of this photo session!
Finally, she gets her way....
Look at that Angel! Poor Marie was left at a shelter when her family lost their home! It was a very close call to bring her to a great Foster Home - we had to work very quickly....but she's sure worth it! This is a well-adjusted, happy girl. She's a wonderful family pet who's simply lost her family - can she join yours?
