"Tammi"

Yes, she's quite the character - she LOVES the dryer!!! We can't keep her out of it - it's absolutely hysterical. Her next favorite is snuggling on the couch with Larry and then under my 'puter desk with me. She has to be 'forced' to go outside lest she miss out on some snuggle time!

This is a very sweet, well behaved girl who found herself locked up in the slammer! Although she's obviously endured much neglect in her life, her Sammy Spirit shines right through. Her ear is permanently bent over - a common injury when a dog shakes their head excessively or scratches excessively, a hematoma is formed which causes scarring but fortunately can often heal on their own. She is also missing her front teeth due to extreme chewing. It's pretty clear that this girl suffered from flea infestations heavily in her life. Although she's not aged, her teeth have really borne the brunt of the neglect. She loves to play, run, or snuggle at my feet in the office. She gets along great with all the other dogs, but would also be well-suited in an only-dog environment, soaking up every drop of attention offered and giving endless love in return.

The pics below were taken before she finished 'blowing' her coat.
I know she looks scruffy, well, she is right now! She's in the middle of 'blowing' her coat out. Hey, watch it, this is the 'cleaned up' version, AFTER a full bath, blow dry and brushing! Her coat is actually in great shape and will finish 'blowing' and a new coat will come in thick and beautiful. She's a very sweet, healthy and happy lady who gets along great with other dogs, kids, even the cats. She's a couch snuggler and is great on the leash. She was rescued from a Sacramento shelter in September. She's not a barker either. Ready for a well settled girl to settle right into your family?...consider Tammi...
She LOVED the scooter ride with Steven - it was a challenge getting her to slow down enough for a trot! I know it's blurry, but I had to show her exuberant canter!
